Andrew B. Morris, Chair
GW Commercial Services, Inc.
Board of Directors

Andrew B. Morris, SIOR, is a Principal for Summit Realty Group and specializes in Industrial Advisory Services. He has more than 13 years of commercial real estate transactional and development experience, particularly within the bulk distribution product. He has transacted brokerage and consulting assignments in excess of $300 million, including investment sales, corporate and institutional representation, acquisition and disposition consulting, build-to-suit development, and renewal and relocation lease transactions. His extensive transactional background, combined with his strong financial acumen, makes him an invaluable asset when guiding complex assignments. In addition, he is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Global Supply Chain Solutions Group.

Prior to joining Summit, Morris served as Managing Director on the Industrial Advisory Team at Meridian Real Estate. Earlier, he was Vice President of Industrial Sales and Leasing at Trammell Crow Company.

He graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor of arts degree and earned a master's of divinity from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. He also has a Development and Finance Certification from the National Development and Finance Council in New York.

His achievements and affiliations include the Top Indiana Brokers Award from Duke Realty in 1999, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2006-2008; “Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate” in the Indianapolis Business Journal in 2003; CoStar Group, Indianapolis Power Broker – Industrial 2005, 2006; Largest Tenant Rep Assignment, Indianapolis-Industrial 2002, 2005, 2006; memberships with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Cushman & Wakefield Global Supply Chain Solutions Group, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) and the Indiana and National Association of Realtors (IAR, NAR); and service as an executive board member for The Orchard School Board of Trustees.
